Bring Medication List

Certain medications affect hearing so this is an important list so we can see if there's anything affecting your hearing.

Family Member Support

Having a family member with you can provide support and help during the hearing test. Your family want to be heard and want you to hear!

Make a list of all the situations where you would like to hear better. You'll be surprised when you start make a note of this.

Avoid Loud Noises

Loud noise exposure affects your hearing test results. So please bear this in mind and keep your TV or radio volumes lower before you arrive.

I went to Hear Pure to get some coloured moulds for my current hearing aids. The service was great and they sorted out exactly what I needed. They went out of their way to sort my request. Which I am really grateful for. My previous experience with a private audiologist was to ignore my request and try and upsell thousands of pounds worth of hearing aids.
