Hear Pure is the perfect fit for me. My career was previously as a Prison Law Supervisor but after many years, I moved to hearing care and trained with a big multi national hearing chain. I decided I prefer working with a local business that's impartial and patient focused. Time with my patients is so rewarding and I love what I do.

Hearing & Aural Care
I joined Hear Pure as a Customer Care Assistant in 2018 where I was able to help with patient hearing queries and maintenance of their hearing aids. In 2020, as we have become so busy, I decided to complete a Hearing Care & Aural Care Qualification. It's been such a pleasure to learn so much and now I'm able to help hands on with patients ear wax removal and all hearing aftercare appointments.

I’m Vanessa, and I look after the sales and business development. Hearing loss has had a profound impact on my own life as my mother has Usher Syndrome which affects her hearing, vision and balance. The difficulties of hearing her grandchildren motivated her to address this and my mum wears a top of the range invisible hearing aids.
After having my children, I too developed hearing loss as a result of otosclerosis and now wear a hearing aid.
I created Hear Pure to provide independent hearing care at affordable prices but without sacrificing service. I am only here part-time now but wear a hearing aid full time obviously!!

I became friends with Vanessa when Cordero was only 2 years old and our children played together going through school.
After my sabbatical, Vanessa asked me to come and work with her - and I did! I have been with Hear Pure for 5 years so far and I look after all the accounting aspects of the business.
In my spare time, my family have ben slowly leaving the nest and so I have a horse and that keeps me super busy very early every day! I'm able to go riding with my daughter which I love.
Cordero
hearing & aural care Specialist
Cordero joined us in 2021 and is our fully qualified Audiologist with a degree in Audiology from Aston University.
Cordero is fully qualified for microsuction and irrigation ear wax removal.
Cordero is Vanessa's son and looks after our patients at the Cheadle clinic.
Outside of clinic Cordero enjoys his main hobby is cars.

Customer Care
I was a civil servant for over 25 years working within administration and the customer service environment. I retired in March 2022 but realised I missed working, so I joined Hear Pure in December 2022.
The Hear Pure Clinic fits the bill perfectly for me. You can find me on reception on a Tuesday and Wednesday. I help patients with their appointment bookings, general queries and liaise with suppliers.
I am really enjoying being part of this small team and understanding more about hearing care and the benefit it brings to well being and quality of life.
When I’m not in the clinic, I stay active by walking along the beach at New Brighton, yoga and pilates.
